  “I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with midtown moving and storage. The manager/supervisor was VERY rude and not helpful. I know that they have a contractor with the Welfare program and the City pay a huge amount of money for one month. But people have only one hour to pick up they belongs. Rude ridiculous. I would love to know who owns this place.”

  “I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with midtown moving and storage. The manager/supervisor was VERY rude, nasty, and unprofessional when I spoke 2 him on the phone. He talked down 2 me and told me 2 shut up and humble myself when all I did was speak calm and nicely with him. He was rude and he was NOT helpful at all. I received better treatment from the secretary than I did from the supervisor. She was nice and courteous, but that manager was VERY disrespectful. I wanna seek further action on having him replaced. He treated me like a stray animal. I was very displeased.”
